Troubleshooting

Generally speaking your issues are going to stem from a poor internet connection or a computer

Internet Connectivity Issues

• For the best internet connection, connect your computer directly to your router with an ethernet cable

• Try restarting your router (unplug for 10 seconds, plug back in) and cable modem

Zoom Issues

• Audio Issues? Try joining audio from your phone.

• Zoom won't load? Try uninstalling and then download and reinstall software.

Computer Issues

• If your computer is running slow, the best thing you can do is RESTART your computer. This fixes most problems.
